After 25-plus years of leading and managing people, he has an inherent ability to focus his attention on each individual he meets by listening effectively and paying close attention to detail. Previously the CEO of an organization of 140+ employees that involved a diverse level of administrative responsibilities, his most important attribute as a natural leader is never losing sight of the importance of individual needs as he is passionate and cares about every client he serves.
Weldon’s steadfast philosophy for all aspects of life is to live for today and plan for tomorrow! His professional mission and focus is to help clients achieve their goals while planning for tomorrow.
Weldon received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Judicial Administration from Denver University College of Law. He is a Series 65 licensed Financial Advisor and is licensed in Life, Accident, and Health Insurance.
When he is not focusing on his client’s needs, Weldon is spending time with his wife, Traci, their son Conner, and traveling to visit their adult son, Joel, and his family in Arizona. He is always open to a challenge on the golf course, enjoys playing tennis with his family, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Weldon is the Board Chairman for the First Tee of the Four Corners, which teaches golf and more importantly life skills, to over 10,000 youth in New Mexico and Colorado.
